Ivana Pezerović holds a Master of Science degree in banking and financial management and is currently completing her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, pursuing a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering and Management.
In her professional experience, she primarily focused on financial analysis and was an entrepreneur for several years. This experience sharpened her attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies, key traits in software testing. Although Ivana serves as the CFO at Quality House Serbia, her previous experience as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, inspired her to return to academia and earn the title of accredited ISTQB® trainer.
Ivana actively participates in the delivery of ISTQB® courses as a trainer at Quality House Ltd. The course she is accredited for, ISTQB Foundation Level Course , has garnered significant interest from IT professionals in Serbia.
