Lucian Ghindă

Lucian Ghindă holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from the University Politehnica of Bucharest, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Lucian has more than 15 years of working experience in IT in various areas including programming, testing, project management and product management.
He used to be the Manager of the R&D department at Hostway Corporation for 5 years where he improved his managerial skills and dealt with a lot of issues on a daily basis.
He is the co-founder of DevAcademy, one of the most active organisation in Romania, dedicated to technology, innovation and education.
He also has the role of Innovation Product Owner for METRO SYSTEMS Romania, working with entrepreneurial teams to build innovative products.
He started with his first trainings 9 years ago and he is currently delivering a wide range of courses in IT from programming and testing to Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. He is also building mentorship and internship programmes to support new ways of achieving performance for different companies.
From 2013 Lucian delivers ISTQB Foundation Level Course in Romania.
