Manual exploratory testing across 3 platforms:

1 mobile phone (Android or iOS - based on client preference)
1 tablet (Android or iOS - based on client preference)
1 desktop browser (e.g. Chrome on Windows or Safari on Mac)

Included Activities:

Initial Test Planning - Definition of scope and priorities
System Onboarding - Familiarization with the application and documentation
Test Case Design - Exploratory test cases or structured functional cases
Smoke Testing - Early validation of main workflows on one selected platform
Full Test Execution - Execution on all three targeted platforms
Bug Reporting - Logging in client-preferred issue tracker (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
QA Summary Report - Coverage overview, key findings, and risks
Buffer Time - Reserved for blockers, clarifications, or test environment issues

Client to Provide:

A point of contact for approvals and feedback
Access to the latest build of the app
Bug tracking or documentation systems (if applicable)
Preferred devices/OS versions

Terms:

Fixed scope and timeline based on 60-hour estimation
No extra hours billed without written approval
Service delivery will be fully remote
