Isabel Evans has nearly thirty years of experience in the IT industry, mainly in quality management and testing in the financial, communications, and software sectors. Her areas of expertise are software quality management, software testing, teamwork, and training. Isabel has many publications and is a popular speaker at software quality conferences worldwide. She is a Chartered IT Professional and a Fellow of the British Computer Society.
Isabel Evans will present a tutorial on the topic: “Quality in use: the beating heart of the user experience” on the first day of SEETEST 2016 (September 15th).
